The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in Tunisia, invites qualified companies duly registered with the Government of Tunisia to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement for the supply of fuel, fuel cards and car wash and related services.UNHCR may award Frame Agreement with initial duration of 2 (two) years, potentially extendable for a further period of 1 (one) year, for supplying its operations in Tunisia. The successful bidder will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of the Frame Agreement.
